3D printing machine has a high level of autonomy , which often only need to import parts of the CAD model,and then you can print independently.And there’s no need for traditional manufacturing, repeat loading, positioning, etc. From this point of view, 3D printing not only saves time and cost, but also very conforms to the intelligent and unmanned production of industry 4.
At the same time, 3D printing has greatly reduced the consumption of manpower and resources. 3D printing can easily finish the parts with large number of curved surfaces, and can accurately control the amount of material and the weight of final products. Furthermore, 3D printing technology does not need to split the precise parts in the production process. In traditional industry, the components of complex internal structure need to be made up and assembled separately, and the 3D printing technology completely breaks the conventional method. It can produce the complete components directly, which greatly reduces the loss of resources in the process of producing parts.，which conforms to the spirit of saving.
As far as our team is concerned, we are a team of college students with a certain 3D printing technology. Currently, we have 5 3D printers that can start from their own 3D printing and attract more 3D printer holders to join the platform. At the same time, we have certain webpage development technology to make web pages suitable for 3D printing to display the demand in all directions.
